Administrator
Responsibilities:
Prepare, deliver and pick up real estate documents
Obtain information and public records about property for sale
Strong Knowledge about RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority)* Making Before and After Sales Documentations, Phone calls* Making Sales Deed, Registration, Agreements, etc.* Mail Drafting to clients, internal colleagues
Vendor Management
Quotation Making, Purchase Order (PO) Making, Work Order Making, Bench Marking
Good Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Marketing, Paper Publications
Graphic design experience preferred to create advertisements
Review and Manage accounts payments Receivable and Payable
Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
Coordinate semi-annual audits
Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
Co-ordinate with Senior, junior Accountant and all other Team Mates and Colleagues.
Daily Co-ordination with Director, Manager.
Daily Co-ordination with Sales Person, Site Supervisor
Weekly and Monthly Attendance Maintain, Follow up with Site Supervisor.
Support and consult company's personnel on accounting control procedures
Requirements:
7-8 years' experience in Administration
Minimum 5 years managerial experience
Able to handle team
Strong analytical and quantitative skills? with accuracy and attention to details
Strong Analytical Skills
Adaptability and Problem solving
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PPT)
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently
Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents and repair persons both verbally and in writing
People-oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized and attentive to detail
Ability to work independently but also follow the instruction of lead real estate agents.
