Manage the inventory and replenishment of office and pantry supplies, cutlery, and crockery.
Coordinate with housekeeping for daily cleaning, weekly pantry/stationery requisitions, and special cleaning tasks.
Ensure the upkeep and readiness of senior leadership cabins, including daily checks and refreshment arrangements.
Supervise pantry operations to ensure hygiene, order, and timely service.
2. Departmental Coordination
Work with the IT department to ensure timely setup and delivery of systems and workstations.
Coordinate with the Security Supervisor for fire extinguisher audits and related compliance tasks.
Arrange workspaces for civil, carpentry, and fabrication-related jobs in coordination with internal and external teams.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain updated records, catalogues, and sample inventories.
Provide weekly and monthly administrative reports as needed.
Support in maintaining SOPs and process documentation for the Admin Department.
4. Leadership & Support
Provide administrative support to the Gallery and Housekeeping Managers.
Take over responsibilities in their absence and ensure smooth continuity of administrative services.
Act as the point of contact for internal teams and vendors related to admin services.
