The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing all office functions, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, and ensuring operational efficiency. A basic technical background is required to assist in stock-related tasks and support coordination with production and stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administration of the plant office including vendor coordination, housekeeping, facility maintenance, and documentation
Maintain stock registers and assist in physical verification of
damaged, non-theory, or scrap materials
, in coordination with stores and production teams
Handle petty cash, utility bills, expense reports, and office supply procurement
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government departments when needed
Maintain a clean, efficient, and disciplined office environment
Support audits, safety inspections, and team events at the plant
Act as a single point of contact for internal staff, visitors, auditors, and facility vendors
Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
preferred
(Graduates with relevant plant experience and strong understanding of materials/stocks can also apply)
3-6 years of administrative experience, ideally in a
manufacturing or industrial setup
Basic understanding of industrial stock classification.
