The Senior Administrative Executive will oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the institution, ensuring smooth functioning of academic and non-academic activities. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to support the management, staff, faculty, students, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management
Supervise and coordinate all general administrative functions including office management, facilities, logistics, and maintenance.
Maintain institutional records, documents, and correspondence in compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Ensure effective implementation of institutional policies, procedures, and systems.
Handle inventory control, purchase orders, and vendor management.
Academic Support
Assist in the preparation and coordination of academic timetables, examination schedules, and student records.
Support academic departments with documentation, report preparation, and compliance with education board/university norms.
Communication & Liaison
Act as a point of contact between management, staff, parents, and external agencies.
Draft and circulate official communications, notices, and reports.
Event & Facilities Management
Coordinate institutional events such as admissions, orientations, annual functions, seminars, and meetings.
Oversee maintenance of campus facilities, housekeeping, security, and transport arrangements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Management, Education, or related field.
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience in administration, preferably in an educational institution.
Strong understanding of educational.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and digital documentation.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
