The Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations and maintaining an efficient work environment. The role involves managing office facilities, vendor coordination, employee support, documentation, and logistics to ensure seamless business functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office administration and facility management.
Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and infrastructure requirements.
Manage vendor relations, quotations, and service agreements.
Maintain records for attendance, asset inventory, and office supplies.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event logistics.
Support HR and finance departments with documentation and compliance tasks.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and administrative standards.
Assist in organizing internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Supervise office communication, courier, and stationary management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in administration, facility management, or office coordination.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel
