About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Ad Strategist

to join our performance marketing agency in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

digital marketing strategy

,

paid media campaign management

, and

performance optimization

. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive ROI-focused marketing initiatives and manage large-scale digital ad budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize

multi-channel paid campaigns

(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for diverse clients. Manage and strategize

projects with budgets up to ₹1 Cr

or more, ensuring consistent delivery on KPIs. Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights for improvement. Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client-servicing teams to deliver high-performing ad strategies. Lead campaign planning, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates. Manage multiple accounts efficiently while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3-6 years of experience

in performance marketing within a

digital marketing agency

environment. Proven experience managing

large-scale campaigns (?1 Cr+ budgets)

. Prior experience working in

mid-sized agencies (150-200 headcount)

preferred. Deep understanding of ad platforms including

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic

. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership skills.
