Job Description

Bachelor's Degree/ Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance; Proven experience (5+ years), preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations. Proficiency in Tally Prime and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Focus on Cost, inventory, Manage GL, oversee journal entries, perform timely reconciliations (bank, AP/AR, balance sheet). Ensure tax compliance (GST, TDS), coordinate internal/external audits, and maintain strong internal controls. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency. Collaborative approach: Work closely with production, operations, and other departments to understand financial implications and support decision-making. Honest, Disciplined and hardworking.
