Role Summary

We are looking for a Manager - Accounts & Finance with strong end-to-end finance and accounting experience in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should be a CA Final Qualified professional with prior exposure to listed company environments, handling quarterly reporting, audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance, along with hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, inventory, and cost accounting. Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures. Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements. Oversee accounting processes with strong internal control mechanisms.
Quarterly & Financial Reporting

Prepare and review quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory standards. Support management in financial analysis and performance reporting.
Audit & Compliance

Handle statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and cost audit. Coordinate with auditors and consultants for smooth audit closures. Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Taxation

Manage direct and indirect taxation including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and related compliances. Review and finalize returns, assessments, and responses to tax notices. Ensure timely filings and adherence to tax regulations.
Manufacturing & Costing

Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, WIP, and variance analysis. Monitor product costing, standard costing, BOM, and manufacturing overheads. Support operational teams with cost control and margin improvement initiatives.
SAP S/4 HANA

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA (FI/CO) modules. Ensure system-driven controls, accurate reporting, and process optimization. Support SAP-related enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
MIS & Stakeholder Management

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights for senior management. Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and procurement.

Desired Candidate Profile

CA Final Qualified. 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry. Prior experience working in a listed company environment (mandatory). Strong exposure to auditing and taxation. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA. Good knowledge of Ind AS, regulatory reporting, and compliance frameworks. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
