Job Summary:
The
Senior Accounts Executive
will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, supporting compliance, and maintaining financial discipline within the company. The role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing accounts, taxation, and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain and update daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Manage accounts payable & receivable.
Check vendor invoices, GRNs, purchase orders for accuracy.
Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and classification of accounts.
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Create MIS reports including cash flow, ageing, expense analysis.
Assist in budgeting and variance analysis.
Taxation & Compliance
Handle GST calculations, returns, reconciliation & filings.
Manage TDS deduction, returns, and compliance-related tasks.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Manufacturing Accounts / Costing
Track raw material consumption, WIP, and finished goods.
Maintain costing sheets for products including mesh, panels, and fencing items.
Support inventory verification and valuation.
Analyse production cost vs. standard cost deviations.
Banking & Payments
Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Coordinate LC, OD limits, and other banking documentation.
6. Coordination & Support
Work closely with the store, production, and purchase departments.
Support management with financial insights for decision-making.
Maintain documentation for audits, ISO, and compliance.
Required Skills:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field.
4-7 years of accounting experience.
Proficient in Tally ERP / any ERP system.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting).
Strong numerical and analytical ability.
Excellent communication & coordination skills.
Ability to meet timelines and work independently.
