Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting and financial reporting. Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable. Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status. Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary Reconcile balance sheet accounts Conduct regular ledger maintenance Supervision of accounts with GST, Sales Tax, Income Tax, TDS, ESI, PF and other statutory/compliance related work. Finalization of Account and Income Tax Return Filling

Preferred skills and qualifications

Working Experience in IPO Listed company preferrable Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning Sound knowledge on computer applications (MS office, Google Spreadsheet, Tally etc.)
