i) Looking after Bank Statement and entry in Bank Register on daily basis and BRS.
ii) Make RTGS/NEFT online and preparation of cheque as per requirement.
iii) All Bank/Cash entries pass in ERP, and make Voucher and filling with supporting Documents.
iv) Make reports in MS Excel and MS Word.
v) Cash book reconciliation at every month end of all Branches.
vi) Statutory entries (TDS, ESI & P.Tax) calculation and post in ERP Branch wise attached challan wise and making online payments with annual returns.
vii) Salary Register record month wise and post in ERP along with Arrear, Bonus, Loan and Leave Salary
viii) GST Return preparation.
ix) TDS calculation Month wise for payments.
x) Other Business Accounting work.
xi) Minimum 4-5 years work experience required.
