Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, manage and ensure accurate project based accounting and all aspects of daily financial operations
2. Responsible for Financial Reporting, Statement Analysis, periodical reconciliations and cash management
3. Proper allocation of cost incurred to ongoing projects
4. Oversee General Accounting process, journal entries, balance reconciliation, preparation of accounting Statements as per the statutory requirements
5. Month on month and year end closure of books, account analysis and MIS preparation
6. Manage accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
7. Responsible for statutory compliance like GST, TDS, Income Tax Payments and timely filing of Returns
8. Preparation of employee Tax Computations for the employees
9. Preparation of Project wise cash flow statements and variance analysis
10. Raising of Invoices upon receipt of billing information from the sales team and tracking collections
11. Dealing with the company's bankers.
