Handle complete accounting functions
Maintain vessel-wise, voyage-wise, and port-wise accounting records
Accounting for freight income, demurrage, despatch, bunker costs, port charges, and agency expenses
Monitor hire accounting (Time Charter / Voyage Charter)
Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and capital work-in-progress
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure accurate MIS reports for management (cost analysis, profitability, variance analysis)
Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws
