We are seeking an Accounts person with strong accounting fundamentals and working knowledge of taxation. The role primarily involves accounts-related work supporting
sales, billing, invoicing, MIS, and financial analysis
, while coordinating with consultants or seniors for statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities including entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
Prepare and process
sales invoices, billing, and related documentation
Support accounts receivable and payable functions
Assist in preparation of
MIS reports, financial statements, and data analysis
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents
Coordinate with internal teams for sales-related accounting requirements
Provide data and support for audits and compliance reviews
Assist senior accounts team or external consultants in statutory matters
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Working knowledge of GST and TDS (returns and filings handled by seniors/consultants)
Good understanding of tax concepts, accounting principles, and compliance requirements
Experience in sales accounting, billing, and invoicing
Strong skills in MIS reporting and financial analysis
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred)
Good command of MS Excel
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
