Job Overview

We are hiring a Sr. Accounts Executive with strong experience in general accounting, GST, and taxation, to support the AGM in managing daily accounting functions.

Job Specifications

Education / Qualification

B.Com / BAF with 5-6 years of relevant experience

Skills (Technical / Computer / Soft Skills)

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Advanced Excel capabilities

Experience working on Accounting ERP (Farvision preferred)

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge & Experience

5-6 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate, Retail, or Mall Operations

Strong understanding of General Accounting, AR/AP, and Credit Control

Responsibilities

Filing GST returns: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.

Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and credit control activities

Vendor Bill & Payment Voucher verification

Filing & payment of TDS, Profession Tax, GST

Supervise statutory and internal audits

Prepare Daily & Monthly MIS reports

Work efficiently using MS Excel, Outlook, Internet and ERP Farvision

Working Conditions

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Daily Reporting To: AGM - Accounts

Location: Breach Candy, Mumbai
