Role Overview



The Sr. Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations for the clinic, ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role is central to driving profitability, efficiency, and financial integrity across all business units -- including medical, retail, and aesthetic services.

The ideal candidate will bring robust financial acumen, a proactive approach to business partnering, and experience managing finance functions in a premium service or healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities



1. Financial Strategy & Planning



Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to guide decision-making.

2. Accounting & Financial Control



Oversee all accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in line with accounting standards and local regulations. Manage and review payroll, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management



Manage daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure smooth operational functioning. Optimize working capital by balancing receivables, payables, and inventory levels. Monitor bank transactions, manage financing arrangements, and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.

4. Cost & Revenue Management



Track and analyze departmental and service-line profitability (e.g., dermatology, laser, injectables, retail skincare). Implement cost control measures without compromising service quality or brand standards. Support pricing strategies, discount policies, and promotional financial analysis.

5. Compliance & Audit



Ensure adherence to tax, VAT/GST, and other regulatory filings and compliance requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external consultants for audit and compliance matters. Maintain complete and auditable financial records.

6. Systems & Process Improvement



Oversee implementation and maintenance of clinic management software and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP). Streamline financial processes and reporting workflows for accuracy and efficiency. Introduce digital finance tools for analytics and performance tracking.

7. Leadership & Collaboration



Lead and mentor a small finance and accounts team; promote a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate closely with the Operations, HR, and Marketing teams to align financial and business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial health and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Professional certification (CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA) preferred. 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting; at least 3 years in a managerial role. Prior experience in the healthcare, luxury services, or hospitality industry strongly preferred. Strong understanding of clinic or service-based P&L management. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
