: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Bandra
Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹45k per month (based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and monthly/quarterly closing of accounts.

Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

Support annual audits and coordinate with internal/statutory auditors.

Monitor outstanding dues and follow up with clients/vendors for timely settlement.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).

2-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian financial regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
