Job Summary:

The Senior Account Executive - Statutory Compliance is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate compliance with all statutory requirements related to accounts, taxation, payroll, and company laws. The role involves monitoring regulatory changes, preparing and filing statutory returns, and ensuring the organization remains fully compliant with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, and other applicable laws. Prepare, review, and file statutory returns within stipulated deadlines. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities. Handle payroll compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, and other labor law-related compliances. Assist in tax assessments, inspections, and responding to notices from authorities. Stay updated with amendments in statutory laws and ensure implementation. Prepare MIS reports related to statutory compliances for management. Support management in decision-making by providing insights on compliance requirements. Ensure proper reconciliation of statutory ledgers in books of accounts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, etc.) Good understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and MS Excel. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle audits and regulatory queries. Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 4-7 years of experience in statutory compliance and accounting. Experience in coordinating with auditors and regulatory authorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
