Required Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter) RG HospitalsSGRH
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in hospital accounting, preferably within a multispecialty or super-specialty setup. Experience in doctor's accounting, branch-level reconciliations, and statutory compliances
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally), strong command of Microsoft Excel, and experience with ERP systems like Oracle or hospital billing software RG HospitalsSGRH
Preferred Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
Ethical conduct and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Analytical mindset and ability to prepare MIS and financial analysis
Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
