Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to strategic planning and business development. This role requires a strong understanding of both corporate and non-profit accounting principles, as well as the ability to analyze financial data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with IAS, IFRS, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements. Conduct risk analysis and implement effective risk management strategies. Prepare and interpret financial statements, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets. Lead corporate finance initiatives, including investment management and treasury management. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping and account reconciliation. Perform fiscal management tasks such as cash flow analysis and cost control. Develop strategic plans to enhance financial performance and support business development efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that inform decision-making processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial concepts, regulations, and industry trends.

Skills

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in financial report writing and interpretation. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Familiarity with governmental accounting standards and non-profit accounting practices. Experience in risk analysis and compliance management. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration. Proficient in financial software for reporting and analysis purposes. Solid understanding of cost accounting, account analysis, and revenue management principles. Ability to conduct general ledger accounting tasks including balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation. Strong analytical skills with a focus on strategic planning and investment management.
