As a Senior Finance Executive, you'll play a vital role in handling the financial backbone of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
Day-to-Day Accounting:
Manage accounts payable & receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate general ledger entries.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly/quarterly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Help in budget planning and monitor actual performance vs. forecast.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other regulatory returns.
Inventory Management:
Prepare and maintain accurate stock and inventory reconciliation reports.
Audit & Internal Controls:
Support both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor company cash flows, manage liquidity, and oversee OD/CC accounts.
Process Improvement:
Implement and strengthen financial controls to improve efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions as needed.
Business Support:
Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience in finance and accounts
Proven experience managing
Overdraft (OD)
and
Cash Credit (CC)
facilities.
Solid knowledge of
GST
,
TDS
, and preparation of
stock reports
.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
or equivalent accounting software.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
