Position: Senior Account Executive (MANUFACTURING)Working Days: Monday-SaturdayWork Timing: 9-5:30 pmJob Location: VasaiPreferred Gender: Male (sometimes need to sit past extended working hours)Age Range: 28 - 40 YearsSalary Components: BonusRoles & Responsibilities1. Handling day-to-day accounting and preparation of MIS reports.2. Analysis of transactional data for highlighting key risks and exceptions in the accounting data and build in process to reduce and mitigate such risks and exceptions.3. Working closely with multiple teams and designing accounting processes for improving efficiency and accuracy regarding audits and tax filings.4. Passing accounting entries on a daily basis along with wide proficiency in Excel and Tally.5. Payment processing after due verification of invoices and preparing PO & Bank Reconciliation statements.6. Working knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, MLWF7. Good understanding of accounting standards, accounting principles, and preparing stock reconciliations thereto.8. Preparation of Tax Invoices and E- Way BillsQualification & Requirement1. Commerce graduate2. 5 to 8 years of experience in Accounting ( MIS and Accounting Team Handling Experience is a must ) / 2 years From Senior Accounting3. Skills: - Tall ERP and Tally Prime, Excel, and Data handling.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ?500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
