- Accountant / Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Accountant / Accounts Executive

to join our Finance & Accounting team at our

Gurgaon office

. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of

Tally ERP

, basic understanding of

GST

, and strong accounting fundamentals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date

books of accounts

, including ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Manage

accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow

of the company Perform

bank reconciliations

and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Prepare

financial statements

such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Handle

GST compliance

, including return filing, reconciliation, and related documentation Assist in

TDS compliance

and other statutory requirements Generate and issue

invoices

, follow up on payments, and ensure timely collections Track and manage

company expenses

in line with budgetary guidelines Maintain accurate financial records using

Tally ERP

(full command on Tally preferred) Assist during

internal and external audits

by preparing required documents Coordinate with banks, auditors, and consultants as required
