We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated US Accounting Executive to join our growing accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks for US-based clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle bookkeeping and accounting for US clients using QuickBooks / Xero / other accounting software. Fresher can apply but with Good communication and finance background only Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers. Prepare financial statements and management reports. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and year-end accounting. Communicate effectively with US clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2- 4years of experience in accounting (preferred).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

Experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, or similar software.

Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹43,887.03 per month
