Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. The role requires hands-on experience in general accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and audit coordination -- preferably within a
manufacturing or medical device environment
.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain
books of accounts
and ensure timely posting of all financial transactions.
Handle
accounts payable and receivable
,
vendor payments
, and
bank reconciliations
.
Prepare and verify
journal entries, ledgers, trial balances
, and
financial statements
.
Support
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
activities.
Ensure
statutory compliance
with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with
internal and statutory auditors
, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of audits.
Prepare and analyze
MIS reports
,
cash flow statements
, and
budget variance analyses
.
Reconcile
inventory, purchase, and cost data
in coordination with the production and stores departments.
Manage
invoice processing
,
purchase order verification
, and
vendor account reconciliation
.
Assist in implementing and maintaining
accounting systems and internal financial controls
.
Required Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of
accounting principles (GAAP)
and
statutory requirements
.
Strong command over
GST, TDS, and other taxation procedures
.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP / SAP / or other accounting ERP software
.
Advanced skills in
MS Excel
and data analysis.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in
manufacturing / medical device / healthcare industry
preferred.
Educational Qualification:
B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
- Mandatory
CA Inter / Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Mandatory
Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards
