Job description:
Manage export and import accounting, including preparation of documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Ensure accurate bank reconciliations, TDS returns, GST filings, and other financial reporting requirements.
Oversee the entire process from purchase order to final delivery, ensuring timely execution and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to exports/imports.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular updates on financial performance.
Preparing pre and post shipping documents Invoices, Packing list, Shipping Bill Check lists reviews/approval, Knowledge in preparation of BL
Prepare monthly financial statements, tax computations, and supporting schedules
Manage GST return reconciliation and compilation, and address related tax matters.
