Develop and implement annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
Conduct financial performance analysis and recommend cost-optimization strategies.
Manage tax compliance including GST, TDS, and corporate filings.
Handle treasury functions, cash flow, investments, and debt management.
Supervise accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and credit control.
Lead the accounts team, assign responsibilities, and provide training.
Manage month-end/year-end closures, audits, and compliance requirements.
Oversee ERP/Accounting systems and ensure data accuracy.
Track project accounting, expenses, and profitability.
Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Minimum 5-7 years of accounting and financial management experience.
Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally. Accounting software is an added advantage.
Experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, and MIS preparation.
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
