Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on GST and Income Tax compliance.
Strong knowledge of TDS calculations, filings, and GST regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and MS Office (Word, Excel).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
In-depth understanding of GST laws and regulations.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP-9.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Ledger Management
Maintain and update the general ledger in Tally for contractors, employees, and vendors.
Coordinate with site accountants to ensure approved fund disbursement and financial compliance.
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including expense booking for execution and administrative operations.
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure timely filing of GST returns (2A, 3B) and compliance with tax regulations.
Perform TDS reconciliation and ensure adherence to statutory tax requirements.
