Reconcile showroom sales with cash, bank deposits, POS transactions, and digital payments.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely collections and payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Inventory & Gold Accounting
Maintain proper accounting of gold stock, jewelry, ornaments, and precious stones.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and highlight discrepancies.
Track wastage, making charges, hallmarking charges, and other costs.
Ensure compliance with gold purity standards, barcoding, and inventory valuation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or jewelry/gold sector.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP accounting software.
Good understanding of inventory control and taxation in the gold/jewelry business.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
