Qualifications and Skills:

CA/ICWA/MBA Finance or relevant qualification.

Proven experience of 5+ years in accounting and finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Preparing and analysing financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements), identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Accounting Cycle Management:

Overseeing the entire accounting cycle, including transaction recording, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Tax Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and staying updated on tax law changes.

Internal Controls:

Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Team Collaboration:

Working with other finance team members, auditors, and potentially cross-functional teams.

Process Improvement:

Identifying and implementing improvements to accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Reviewing and Auditing:

Reviewing financial data and participating in audits.

Finance:

Take care of BG, LC, Bank payments and payment planning.
