Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Manage accounts receivable, monitor aging reports, and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Provide insights and variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and relevant standards.
Assist in the preparation for audits and collaborate with auditors as needed.
Provide financial insights to aid in strategic planning.
