Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow).Monthly generate Income and Expenses." Vehicle wise Profit & Loss account generate weekly".

General Ledger Management:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and subsidiary ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Billing:

Generate Bills and E way bills and E Invoice.

Reconciliation:

Bank Reconciliation and AR and AP Reconciliation. Follow up Payments

Knowledge in Transportation:

knowledge in freight calculation and monitoring Vehicle tracking
Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree often preferred).

Certifications:

Professional certification such as

B.Com

,

MBA

, or

M.Com

is highly preferred or required by many employers.

Experience:

Typically 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level or supervisory role.

Software Proficiency:

ERP Systems:

Experience with Tally,

Accounting Software:

Tally Prime and Cloud

MS Excel:

Expert-level skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
Essential Skills

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to interpret complex financial data to provide strategic insights.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous accuracy in financial documentation to prevent errors.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Leadership:

Capability to manage teams and meet strict reporting deadlines.
