We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Accountant
to handle our
sales and purchase accounts
. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices, and ensuring all sales and purchase transactions are properly recorded.
Responsibilities:
Record daily sales and purchase transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare and check sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and reconcile accounts regularly.
Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely vendor payments.
Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices for accuracy.
Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance as required.
Coordinate with the sales and purchase departments for billing and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in accounting, especially in sales and purchase.
Knowledge of Tally / SAP / QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
