Job Description

Senior Accountant

Experience:

5-8 Years

CTC Range:

?5 LPA - ?8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the

accounts team

and daily accounting operations Prepare and review

monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & MIS reports

Ensure

GST, TDS, Income Tax

compliance and timely filings Monitor

cost control, revenue tracking, and profitability

Handle audits, reconciliations, and management reporting

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Accuracy & timeliness

of P&L and financial reports

Zero or minimal compliance errors

in GST/TDS/IT filings

Closing of monthly books

within defined timelines

Cost optimization & variance control

against budget

Team productivity & task completion rate

Audit observations resolved within stipulated time
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
