Key Responsibilities
1. Billing & Documentation
Prepare and manage
purchase and sales bills
.
Generate and update
E-way bills
as per requirement.
Maintain proper documentation for all accounting activities.
2. Accounting Entries
Handle
sales and purchase entries
in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Manage
vendor payment entries
and track outstanding dues.
Update ledgers, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
3. Taxation & Compliance
Perform basic
GST working
, including input/output GST reconciliation.
Assist in
TDS working
, deductions, and related entries.
Coordinate with the CA for tax-related queries.
4. Vendor & Product Sales Support
Follow up with vendors for invoices, payments, and clarifications.
Support product sales team with billing, documentation, and payment updates.
5. General Accounts Support
Assist in monthly closing activities.
Maintain stock-related entries if required.
Handle basic correspondence and coordination with internal departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
Experience in
trading or manufacturing accounts
.
Hands-on experience in
E-way bills, GST, TDS, purchase & sales billing
.
Good knowledge of accounting software (Tally preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
