We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions. Accountant responsibilities

include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax

payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with book

keeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

Location : Pune

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct day-to-day accounting and data entries.

2. Manage accounts receivables and payables.

3. Manage accounts for purchases and sales.

4. Perform reconciliations for Cash, Bank, Vendors, Clients, Debtors, Creditors, etc.

5. Work on tax-related tasks and file returns on time, including GST, TDS, Service Tax, Sales Tax, and

other local taxes, whether direct or indirect.

6. Facilitate internal and external audits and resolve government queries.

7. Oversee inventory management and control.

8. Handle invoicing, Eway Billing, and Eway invoicing.

9. Manage assets, including depreciation, capitalization, and disposals.

10. Prepare and maintain employee attendance and payroll records.

11. Handle IOUs, salary advances, and recoveries.

12. Engage in financial accounting tasks.

13. Lead accounts finalization and balance sheet preparation.

14. Prepare P&L accounts.

15. Generate analytical reports and create MIS preparations.

16. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.

17. Coordinate with site accountants, colleagues, management, vendors, creditors, debtors, etc.

18. Stay informed about current legislation and regulations related to finance, accounting, and legal

matters.

19. Develop accounting SOPs and ensure compliance with existing policies.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Essentials :

1. Educational Background: BCom/MCom/MBA with a focus on Commerce/Finance.

2. Professional Experience: 2-4 years in a similar field.

3. Hands-on experience in Basic Accounting, Taxation, P&L Accounting, Accounts Finalization, and a

strong understanding of accounting concepts.

4. Excellent presentation skills.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to coordinate across different

locations, manage relationships with vendors, government officials, etc.

6. Proficient in English.

7. Possession of a passport will be considered an added advantage.

8. Ability to administer accounting processes effectively
