- Senior Accounts Executive (E-commerce Reconciliation)

Location:

Vasai Office(Mumbai)

Work Mode:

Full-time, 6 days a week (10:00 am - 7:00 pm)

Salary Range:

?40,000 - ?70,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical

Senior Accounts Executive

to join our Finance team. The primary responsibility will be

reconciliation of e-commerce marketplace transactions

across platforms such as

Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart

, and others. The role ensures accuracy in settlements, deductions, commissions, GST, and TDS/TCS compliance, while also supporting audits and MIS reporting.

This role is critical in maintaining financial accuracy and accountability in a

fast-paced e-commerce environment

.

Key ResponsibilitiesReconciliation & Accounting

Perform daily/weekly/monthly

payment, commission, and deduction reconciliations

from e-commerce marketplaces. Match

bank entries with marketplace settlements

to ensure accuracy. Manage

payout reconciliations

including refunds, returns, cancellations, and penalties. Coordinate with operations/supply chain teams to resolve

stock, returns, and cancellation mismatches

. Prepare

monthly P&L reports

for each marketplace.

Compliance & Reporting

Handle

GST input/output reconciliation

, including GST on returns, credit notes, and marketplace fees. Manage

TDS/TCS reconciliations

and support filings. Assist in

audit preparation

and coordinate with auditors during reviews. Generate

MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

on stock, sales, and reconciliation status.

Tools & Systems

Work on

Tally

for accounting entries and adjustments. Use

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation formulas)

for reconciliation and MIS. Navigate marketplace dashboards, ERP systems (Absolute ERP/Unicommerce/Easyecom), and payment gateway dashboards.

Key Requirements

Education:

Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Accounts, with at least 2+ years in

e-commerce reconciliation

preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in

Tally

&

Advanced Excel

. Knowledge of reconciliation best practices in e-commerce marketplaces. Ability to generate MIS and audit reports accurately.

Soft Skills:

Highly

detail-oriented, analytical, deadline-driven

. Strong sense of

accountability

and ability to work cross-functionally. Good communication skills for

marketplace/vendor dispute management

.

KPIs & Performance Metrics

Accuracy of reconciliations (% error-free). Timeliness of daily/weekly/monthly reporting. Recovery of missing/withheld marketplace payouts. Compliance with audit and tax timelines.
