Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and finalize accounts, including balance sheet and profit & loss statements.
Handle
TDS, Professional Tax, Advance Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain and update records in
Tally ERP
with accuracy.
Conduct
bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation of
MIS reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with
internal and statutory auditors.
Oversee
payroll processing, PF, and ESI compliance
(if applicable).
Assist management in
budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company financial data.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong working knowledge of
Tally ERP
.
Hands-on experience in
GST & TDS compliance.
Solid understanding of accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Excellent proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good communication skills in
English.
