We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into successful sales, maintaining strong relationships with students and clients, and ensuring business growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
(Activity)
1. Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
2. Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with accounting standards
3. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense control
4. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions
5. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices
7. Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes
8. Required Skills & Qualifications:
9. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CA Inter preferred)
10. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an Edtech or financial services company
Requirements:
11. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
12. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
14. Good communication and team management skills
