Senior Accountant

with a background in the

construction industry


We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and take ownership of all accounting functions related to

work contracts

,

retention holds

, and

project finances

.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

Work Contract Accounting

and ensure project-wise financial accuracy. Handle

Retention Hold Management

as per project terms. Perform

daily accounting operations in Tally ERP

, including vouchers and reporting. Prepare and analyze

financial statements

(P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.). Monitor

cost and budget control

for ongoing projects. Manage

Accounts Payable & Receivable

, including vendor and client interactions. Conduct

bank and ledger reconciliations

. Ensure

statutory compliance and documentation

.

Key Skills Required:



Strong command of

Tally ERP

Knowledge of

work contract financials

Experience with

retention and construction project accounting

Hands-on with

budgeting, compliance, and reconciliations


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
