Sr. Accountant [Male] (E-commerce & Consumer Electronics)

Location: Bangalore, Work from office ( Monday to Friday )

About Us
We are a fast-growing D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand in the consumer electronics space, operating in India. We are looking for an experienced Accountant proficient in Tally and well-versed in e-commerce accounting, GST, and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in Tally. Record daily sales, expenses, and bank reconciliations. Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments. GST & TDS Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9). Handle TDS deductions, filings (Form 26Q), and issuance of certificates. Reconcile input tax credits and resolve discrepancies. E-commerce Financial Management: Track and reconcile sales from Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces. Handle refunds, discounts, and marketplace commission entries. Monitor working capital and cash flow. Financial Reporting & Audit Support: Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in internal/external audits and tax assessments. Process Improvement: Implement best practices for accounting automation and efficiency. Work closely with the finance team to optimize costs.
Requirements:

Education: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent; CA Inter/CMA preferred. Experience: 5+ years in accounting with Tally (Prime or ERP). Industry Preference: E-commerce, D2C, or consumer electronics. Technical Skills: Proficient in Tally, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), and Google Sheets. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-commerce accounting. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Good to Have:

Experience with Tally ERP , Tally Prime or other accounting tools. Knowledge of inventory accounting in e-commerce.

Candidates with immediate joining will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?480,000.00 per month
