Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide insights into financial performance, costs, and productivity. Oversee general ledger accounts, perform account reconciliations, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Ensure compliance with accounting principles (like GAAP) and tax regulations. Support internal and external audits, and coordinate with auditors. Assist with developing budgets, financial forecasts, and financial planning. Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls. Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff. Ensure accuracy through bank and vendor ledger reconciliations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

?Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is typically required. ?A master's degree or CPA certification is often preferred. ?Experience should have from jewellery industry & Ornate software knowledge required. ?Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and software. ?Advanced skills in , including functions like VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. ?Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. ?Strong communication and leadership abilities. ?Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
