Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Accountant to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of our company. This includes maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPA or similar certification is a plus

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records
• Analyze financial data and provide financial insights and recommendations
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Manage the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Assist with the implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and ensure compliance
