Role:
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of entries
Preparation and finalization of
monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
Handle
GST compliance
- returns, reconciliation, notices, and audits
Manage
TDS compliance
- deduction, returns, certificates, and reconciliations
Prepare
balance sheet, profit & loss account, and cash flow statements
Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and variance analysis
Coordinate with
auditors, tax consultants, and banks
Handle
statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
Monitor accounts receivable & payable and control cash flow
Ensure compliance with
Income Tax, GST, Companies Act (if applicable)
Supervise junior accountants and review their work
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Experience in
manufacturing / trading / export-import
industry
Knowledge of
ROC compliance
(for companies)
Exposure to
budgeting and MIS reporting
Requirement:
B. Com / M. Com (mandatory)
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Preferred: Experience in chemical manufacturing, import-export, logistics, or trading industry
Required Skills & Competencies
:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Hands-on experience with
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Experience with accounting software (
Tally
/ ERP preferred)
Good understanding of import-export accounting and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
