The Senior Accounts & Finance Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing financial planning, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Perform profitability analysis, cost analysis, and project financial reviews.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
System & Process Management
Maintain accounting systems and ensure proper documentation and records.
Improve financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control.
Support implementation of ERP or finance system updates.
Team Leadership
Supervise junior finance staff and review their work.
Provide training and guidance to ensure compliance and accuracy.
