CDIIC is looking to hire a

Senior Accountant (Female Candidates Preferred)

to handle end-to-end accounting and financial operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and coordination with auditors while supporting organizational financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities including vouchers, entries, and ledger maintenance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense control Handle grant, fund, and project-based accounting Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Female candidates only

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com or CA-Inter preferred) Minimum

5-8+ years

of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software Experience in incubators, government-funded projects, MSMEs, or startups is an advantage

Skills Required:

Strong accounting and compliance knowledge High attention to detail and accuracy Good analytical and reporting skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Effective communication and coordination skills
