Accountant

to join our finance team and ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Reconcile bank accounts, vendor invoices, and client payments. Maintain accurate documentation for real estate transactions, agreements, and project expenses. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management MIS reports to assist decision-making. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial service providers. Track project-wise cash flow, expenditure, and profitability. Assist in implementing financial policies and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. CA/Inter CA preferred but not mandatory. 2-5 years of accounting experience; experience in the real estate sector is a plus. Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel. Understanding of real estate project costing, financial workflows, and statutory compliance. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills.
