Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

Zinq Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, invoicing, and payment follow-ups, along with a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP.

Prepare and maintain sales & purchase invoices.

Record journal entries, receipts, and payments.

Handle payment follow-ups with customers and vendors.

Assist in preparing monthly GST reports, reconciliations, and other financial statements.

Maintain and update accounting records and documentation.

Support senior accountants during audits and monthly closing activities.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

2-4 years of experience in accounting.

Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.

Good knowledge of invoicing and basic accounting principles.

Strong MS Excel skills.

Good communication and follow-up abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
