Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's personal accounts, income, expenses, and investments
Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Track bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and personal assets
Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants
Monitor cash flow and provide financial reports and insights
Ensure timely payment of bills, EMIs, insurance premiums, and statutory dues
Maintain accurate documentation and financial records
Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
High level of integrity and discretion
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferred)
