Basic job description is as follow:
Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP software
Prepare ledger entries, vouchers, invoices, and journal entries
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Maintain records for pharmacy, optical shop, OT consumables, and diagnostics
2 Billing & Patient Financial Coordination
Prepare surgery invoices, and admission deposits
Handle insurance billing and reimbursement documentation
Coordinate with TPA/insurance companies for claims recoveries
Ensure correct charges for surgeries, lenses, medicines, and diagnostics
3 Cash Handling & Bank Reconciliation
Daily cash collection and reconciliation from OPD, IPD, OT, pharmacy & opticals
Prepare daily cash & deposit reports for management
Bank deposit handling and monthly bank reconciliation statement
4 Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly profit & loss statement, income-expense report
Assist in budgeting and cost-control planning
Maintain fixed asset register for medical equipment, lasers, ophthalmic machinery
5 Compliance & Audit
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS and other statutory requirements
Support internal/external financial audits
Maintain proper financial documentation for NABH audit requirements (if applicable)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
